TOKENHOURS is run by AI Lead Strategies LLC. The short version: no accounts, no logins, no tracking cookies, and no advertising. We collect as little as possible. The one thing you must know is on this page in plain language below.

Third-party data transfer you should know about. Anything you type into The Guide (the chat assistant) or into the Project Cost Build Estimator is sent to Anthropic’s API — through our own server — so a language model can generate a response. That means the text you enter leaves this site and is processed by Anthropic. Do not enter passwords, secrets, or personal information you would not want sent to a third party.

What is sent to Anthropic, and why

When you ask The Guide a question, or when you describe a project in the estimator, the text of your message (plus the current price context on the page) is forwarded to Anthropic’s API to produce an answer. Anthropic processes it under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not send your name, email, or any account identifier, because we don’t collect those.

Anonymous estimator data

When you run an estimate, we store the project description you typed together with what the estimator classified it as, the total, the currency, and the builder type — anonymously. We do not store your name, email, IP address, or any cookie alongside it. This is aggregate market research used only to improve the estimator and to inform reports about AI build costs. If you don’t want a description stored, don’t submit it.

Voice, if you use it

What we do not collect

Third-party services

To run the site we rely on: Anthropic (the AI responses, described above), Cloudflare (hosting and the API proxy), and public price and currency feeds. Fonts and a few scripts load from public CDNs. These providers may process technical request data (such as an IP address) to deliver the page, as is standard for any website; we do not use it to identify you.

YouTube API Services (creator uploader)

The optional TOKENHOURS uploader — a local command-line tool the account owner runs on their own machine to publish their own videos to their own YouTube channel — uses YouTube API Services. Its use is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The tool acts only on the authenticated owner’s channel, stores only an OAuth token locally on the owner’s machine, and does not collect, transmit, or share any user data with us or any third party. You can revoke its access at any time at Google security settings.

Your choices

You can use the calculator, price board, and glossary without sending anything to Anthropic at all — only The Guide and the estimator do that, and only when you submit. Don’t type anything into them you wouldn’t want processed by a third party.
